Welcome to the Paddle Dash Kayathlon Relay, this is our 8th year of the race and second year as a full relay race. What is a kayathlon?  Well, much like the traditional Triathlon, the Kayathlon is a race of three different sports. So what is the difference? The Kayak!  A kayak, canoe, or paddle board replaces the swimming portion in a traditional Triathlon. The race will start out with a run, then move to the cycling portion, and end with the kayak.  Our location will be Jefferson County Lake in Rigby, Idaho, July 22, 2023. Same day registration will be from 6:00 – 6:45am, race will start at 7am.  So gear up and get that kayak ready, paddle board or dust off that old canoe if you have to, and let’s RUN, PEDAL, PADDLE in one of Idaho’s famous races!
